How do I register with Tropicana Professional?

To create a trade user account simply register via the New Trade Customer link on the homepage. After you've completed the form, this will automatically send us an enquiry email. Once your details have been approved we will issue you with a personal log in which will enable you to enjoy our wholesale pricing.

How do I place an order on Tropicana Professional

Ordering from Tropicana Professional couldn't be easier - Once you have logged in your account details will automatically be retrieved. Using the Navigation Bar you search our range of products by either brand or category. Simply select the brand you wish to order from and you will be taken to that brand's specific page. From there just enter the number of units required of a specific product and click the Add To basket button.

You will then be able to view the contents of your basket. You will also be able to amend quantities, delete items as required, or if you wish simply continue shopping. Once you're ready to proceed please click Proceed To Checkout.

You will then be taken to a final confirmation page where you will be asked to review all of your order. This is the last stage at which you have the option to amend your basket's contents. If you wish to specify an alternate delivery address please do so in the box provided. If you're happy to proceed simply click on Confirm Order.

Upon completing the order process you will receive an email confirming your order. All orders are shipped within 24 hours and should be with you within 2 working days.

What happens if an order of mine is damaged in transit?

Every order sent from our warehouse is fully insured and carefully packaged. However, a very small number of parcels each year inevitably get damaged on route to delivery, and we endeavour to collect and replace the damaged item(s) within 24-48hrs.
